Gas safety for landlords
Your annual landlord gas safety check, booked, done and documented, without the chasing.
Landlord gas safety, handled. Every year, on time.
If you let a home with gas, you have three legal duties: keep the gas appliances, flues and pipework you provide safe; have a Gas Safe engineer carry out a gas safety check every 12 months; and keep and share the landlord gas safety record. We make all three simple.

HMO certificatesQuestions
Do I need a gas safety certificate if my tenant owns the cooker?
You are responsible for the appliances and flues you provide, and for the pipework. Tenant-owned appliances are not your duty, but we record and visually check them so you have a full picture.
Can my letting agent book the check?
Yes. Many agents book with us directly. We send the certificate to the agent and to you.
What if my property is empty?
If no one lives there, the annual duty does not start until it is let again. Have the check done before a new tenant moves in, and give them a copy.
