Gas safety, made simple for landlords.
LGSR.co.uk, Landlord Gas Safety Record, is the landlord gas safety service from Southwark Heating, a Gas Safe registered heating and plumbing business based at South Dock Marina in Rotherhithe, SE16.
We built LGSR for one reason: landlords and agents told us that gas safety certificates were a hassle to book, chase and keep track of. So we made it simple. Fixed prices, online booking, access arranged with tenants, certificates in your inbox, and reminders before anything runs out.
Why landlords use us
- Gas Safe registered engineers, number 985690
- Fixed prices from £95, no call-out charge
- Dated job photos with every record
- Free renewal reminders and portfolio contracts
